The Struggle Standard LLC sells digital training programs. This Refund Policy explains why purchases are final, the narrow situations that fall outside that rule, and how to reach us about a billing problem.
01All Sales Final
All purchases from The Struggle Standard LLC — including ETR, CHT, The Struggle Standard Test registration, lead magnets, digital goods, and any other product or service — are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits, except where required by applicable law.
This policy exists because our programs are digital products. Once you have access, you have the full intellectual property, and we cannot meaningfully revoke that access.
02Why We Don't Offer Refunds
- Our programs are delivered as digital goods with immediate and ongoing access.
- The full value of the program — the periodization model, prescriptions, exercise architecture, and supporting documentation — is conveyed at the point of access.
- Free preview content (sample waves, the free guide, public brand content) is provided so you can evaluate fit before purchase.
03What This Policy Does Not Cover
If any of the following apply, contact us before assuming you have no recourse:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors — we will correct verified errors.
- Failure of program delivery — if you never received TrainHeroic access after purchase, or a download link never worked, we will fix the delivery; if we cannot, we will refund.
- Unauthorized charges resulting from fraud — contact us and your card issuer.
- Any refund right that is non-waivable under the consumer protection law of your jurisdiction. Where applicable, we honor your statutory rights.
04The Annual Test
The $15 Test registration covers the right to submit one scored attempt during the annual testing window and is non-refundable — including if you do not attempt the Test, do not submit a video, or are disqualified for failing to follow Test standards. If we cancel the Test entirely in a given year, we will refund registrations for that year.
05Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith may result in revocation of program access, termination of any TrainHeroic team membership, and a ban from future purchases. We document chargebacks and respond with our records of access logs, completed downloads, and Terms acceptance.
06Program Suitability Is Your Responsibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that the program is appropriate for your training level, equipment, schedule, and health status. The free sample wave, the free guide, and the program descriptions on our site exist to help you make that determination. "It was harder than I expected" and "my schedule changed" are not grounds for a refund.
